Maintenance Support
Standard maintenance is designed to ensure that if your IT systems develop a critical fault that is rectified as quickly as possible and that your systems are restored to working order with the minimum of downtime.
Deycom provides the following maintenance services:
• A choice of response times, 4, 8 or 24 hours
• Loan hardware within 24 hours of a call being logged
• Permanent loan hardware on your site for business critical hardware
• Routine preventative maintenance
• Support available for critical items only, i.e. Servers etc.
• Phone support for hardware and software covered
• Remote access monitoring / management
• Maintenance support for hardware under warranty
